STEM Glass Ceiling

Microbiologist Catherine Osborne (OW1998) is the CEO of Crux Biolab, and is passionate about sustainable science, working women, microbiology, and immunology. She was recently featured in The Age discussing how she is tackling the barriers for women progressing to senior roles in the STEM (science, technology engineering and mathematics) field and how she was a recent participant in the WILD (Women in Leadership Development) program aiming to boost the number of females in leadership and company board positions for science businesses.
